Last, but not least, it’s hard not to serve carbs during holiday dinners.  Potatoes, stuffing, rice, etc. are almost a necessity.

Let’s start with the most asked-for side dish on our table – the famous Chef Joel Robuchon mashed potatoes. There is nothing healthy about these potatoes – they are just an amazing luxury.  And they take some work, but nothing is complicated.  Just follow our recipe, which you can find HERE.

Roasted Rosemary Potatoes with West African Paradise Rub

There is something about simple roasted potatoes, with just a touch of flavor.  Serious Foodie has a twist for the traditional roasted rosemary potatoes – use the West African Paradise spice rub to finish this lovely dish, adding notes of citrus and fennel (click HERE for the recipe).
