50 creative food bloggers were chosen during October 2021 for this event, and the result was 60 amazing, creative, and delicious recipes using the Serious Foodie Asian Spicy Condiments and the Serious Foodie Asian Spice Blends.
The recipes were selected for their creativity, their presentation, and their use of the ingredients. 12 recipes were selected by a panel of foodies as being the best of the group, then 6 of these recipes were then prepared by our panel for a final taste test.
Our top choice was from Dish Off the Block who created an amazing 3-part dish: Asian Sea Bass with Vietnamese Sweet Chili Pineapple Slaw over Green Rice.
