Shishito Peppers with Soy/Ginger Glaze
Ingredients
- 1 lb shishito peppers
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Juice from 1 lime
- 1 tsp fresh ginger finely chopped or zested
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
Directions
Mix the soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, and honey.
Saute the peppers as described on the previous page. About 2 minutes before finishing, add the soy sauce mixture, then the ginger. Cook over medium heat until the sauce thickens.
Place in a serving bowl, and finish with the panko breadcrumbs.
