Last year, we posted this wonderful technique for grilling turkey under bricks, which was a big hit.  It’s a riff on an old Italian technique for grilling chicken.  The only change we’re making this year is to baste the bird with Serious Foodie Pomegranate Finishing Sauce (click HERE to purchase our sauces) about 10 minutes before we take the turkey off the grill.  Click HERE for the full recipe.

You definitely need a good gravy to go with the turkey, and this recipe was spot-on perfect.  Instead of pairing a wine with your turkey & gravy, try an artisan local beer – maybe the same one used for the gravy.

Forget the no-carb diet for Thanksgiving.  Go all the way, and add this very elegant mashed potato side.  The recipe from the great Joel Robuchon is more like potato pudding – rich, creamy, and addicting.
