This Hatch Chile cooking sauce will excite your senses with sensuous profiles of savory and spicy. This cooking sauce is incredibly versatile and will pair with many types of meats and vegetables. Vegan, all natural, non-GMO, gluten-free.
Instructions: Season one-pound of cubed chicken or pork. In a saute pan, cook the meat with a tablespoon of vegetable oil on medium heat until lightly browned. Add contents of jar and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve with rice, beans or flatbreads.
Pairs with: Beef, pork, poultry, vegetables, and eggs.
