Our Indonesian Sambal is made from our proprietary red chiles, fresh lime juice, vinegar, garlic, and salt.  It’s the right fresh chilies and the right balance of ingredients, that will give the Sambal it’s wonderful, versatile flavor.  Use as a condiment to any dish, as a marinade, or grill sauce.
