Mediterranean Flavors Pack


The Mediterranean Flavors from Serious Foodie explores a few of the many regional foods from this diverse part of the world.  The Fig/Orange sauce is Calabrian, coming from an heirloom recipe for marinating and grilling pork.  The Spanish Romesco sauce is a staple of many parts of Spain – it’s used on grilled fish, shellfish, and poultry.  The Pomegranate Grill sauce comes from our travels in Turkey, where pomegranate-based sauces are used almost everywhere.

  • A perfect balance between sweet and savory, our Fig & Orange Grill Sauce and Marinade (vegan, all natural, gluten free, non-GMO)  comes from an heirloom recipe we found in the Calabrian region of Italy. It is based on our fig signature sauce, but for more casual, everyday use – think up-scale barbecue. (One 10 oz jar included.)
  • The Romesco Finishing Sauce (all natural, gluten free, non-GMO) is a unique twist on the Spanish classic, using lemon drop peppers to enhance the iconic flavors of almonds, roasted tomatoes, and red peppers. The sauce deliciously pairs with meat, fish, shell fish, poultry, or eggs. (One 10 oz bottle included.)
  • Pomegranate Grill Sauce & Marinade: A sweet and vibrant, Mediterranean inspired sauce with a hint of orange, best used with poultry or pork.  Use as a grill sauce, marinade, braising sauce, or just a dipping sauce (One 10 oz bottle included.)
