Last, but not least, it’s hard not to serve carbs during holiday dinners. Potatoes, stuffing, rice, etc. are almost a necessity.
Let’s start with the most asked-for side dish on our table – the famous Chef Joel Robuchon mashed potatoes. There is nothing healthy about these potatoes – they are just an amazing luxury. And they take some work, but nothing is complicated. Just follow our recipe, which you can find HERE.
